FAQ on giving

Monthly giving is a recurring donation that is collected automatically each month. BalticWaters offers three different payment methods for monthly donors: Swish, direct debit and card payment.

To make administration easier when we collect donations and monthly gifts, we use the third-party provider Repejo. As a donor, you do not have a direct contractual relationship with Repejo, and your donations go directly to BalticWaters.

You will receive an email confirming your monthly donations. After that, the payment will be collected from your account on the 28th, or the next business day, each month until you choose to cancel your monthly giving.

You can pause, change or cancel your monthly giving at any time. You are welcome to contact our donor services at givarservice@balticwaters.org, and we will help you to:

• Increase or decrease your monthly amount.
• Change your bank or account details.
• Pause your payments for a period of time.
• Cancel your monthly giving.

If you are a monthly donor via Swish, you can cancel your monthly giving yourself in the Swish app.

Please note: To stop payments by direct debit that have not yet been processed, you must notify BalticWaters no later than five banking days before the due date, which is the 28th of each month.
