There is a great need to continuously develop knowledge that can contribute to better and more effective measures for healthy and prosperous running waters, archipelagos, and marine environments. For that purpose, BalticWaters runs a program to promote research in natural and social sciences about the Baltic Sea environment.
We have previously run a scholarship program for researchers at the beginning of their careers and awarded scholarships to a total of 19 researchers.
